Kick off meeting of TASHBEEK

In early January 2024, we started TASHBEEK activities by conducting several informal meetings between the partner institutions in Egypt and UK. The process of signing the contract with the BC was completed on 19 January 2024 and a final sub agreement between Coventry University and AASTMT was signed on 18 April 2024. On the 25th of Feb 2024, we had our kick off physical face-to-face meeting (in relation to activity 1). More than 15 senior participants, 12 of which were (75% are females) attended the meeting. Those included representatives from the BC Egypt including Director Education, CU and AASTMT including the Head of School of Strategy and Leadership at CU, the principal investigators and the co-investigators of TASHBEEK, policymakers/senior managers and some other key participants such as the AASTMT Assistant President for strategic development, Vice Deans, Heads of Departments, from different campuses and cities across AASTMT in Egypt
